I've tried to purchase LO with Epass and this is the message I get:
"User ID not found. Please check the User ID and try again" for username kaktusan@epassporte.com
Is the option still available? I'd like to pay with Epass if possible |

hey there surely epassporte is still acceptable.
well, when you are at epassporte's send transfer screen, what you type in the field? kaktusan or kaktusan@epassporte.com
take a note that there you type just the username without the @epassporte.com
Let me know if still problemable..

Ok Atanasis, you customer support seriously rocks! The problem was with the username (I'm not familiar with epass at all), the payment went through now  |
