BO shows posted posts but there are no on blogs, i have checked and this started from 10-25-2010 and in many blogs can't say all but many remote blogs have no posts but in BO shows 40+ and so on, what's wrong ?

can this be because twan blocked my server IP of accessing blogs from it ?

yes, that could be a reason. Do "ping thumblogger.com" from your server and if there's no connection thats it..

have checked and found that my ip is not blacklisted
added it to white list but looks like twan is dead and revives one time per 5 years 
so what other reasons can be here ?

well, to suddenly stop working, first thing is the cronjobs, but you say in BO there are new posts. Check in "general settings->system events" if the remote updater works fine. Next thing is the blacklist, but you say it isn't blacklisted. How you checked it? at twan's site or by a ping from your server?
Could be something else, but i will need url and pass to BO and ftp access, so i can debug the query and response returned by thumblogger when a new post is published.. PM me that info and i will take a look..

connect() timed out!
this time i got this error when trying to scan for new blogs from thumblogger
and white list says that my IP is in white list.
