Check in "general settings->system events" if the remote updater works fine. Next thing is the blacklist, but you say it isn't blacklisted. How you checked it? at twan's site or by a ping from your server? Could be something else, but i will need url and pass to BO and ftp access, so i can debug the query and response returned by thumblogger when a new post is published..
