I didn't do that for the last blog added and I selected all the blogs including the newest blog created and now when I click the box for blogs in campaigns it shows all blogs listed twice except the newest one I just added. I didn't want to deselect all the blogs not knowing if it would delete all my blogs previously listed. Hopefully I make sense. Whenever you need to add new blog, simply go to "blogs->blog types" and click on the circle button to rescan the blogs list and add the ones you want.
