you need to add a blog from BO into BA from the "add new blog" section just once. Whenever you need to add new blog, simply go to "blogs->blog types" and click on the circle button to rescan the blogs list and add the ones you want.
Adding each time the api url+user+pass lists all blogs again and treats them as new for that account..
