Hi,
my portfolio page shows 0 sites. all categories also say 0 sites.
What should I do to fix this ?

check if your portfolio page is enabled. Also make sure for each of your sites the "Form Status" option is enabled

form status "opened for submission" did the trick. I could change all sites by " mass edit" in one action.
