when I add a trade - I know whomever I am trading with doesnt always put up link right away.
I notice that link checking report does not seem to check for reciprocal links for a bit - how much time between adding link to LO and link checker searching for reciprocal link. |

The time depends on how frequent you set the checker to run, so there's no exact time to say.
In "settings->configure" in the checker settings you can play with the field "Skip Trades" which makes new trades not to be checked first couple of days till they put their recip..

Found it  under settings!
now that makes more questions
1 - what does it mean to mark a trade "New" for 3 days?
2 - what is smart checker and what does those options handle? |

"new" trade is treated like new one and is put on top of your trades list for 3 days
the smart checker is enabling those extra options listed inside..
