if you have resubmissions enabled, your posts will be resubmitted exactly after the X days you specify for resubmission interval and probably in the same hours and minutes as was the original post made..

will they autoping upon resubmission?
what i plan to do is add a huge queue of posts via mass import, they will each have a scheduled day and time to be posted, these will all be pinged automatically right? then same for resubmit?

yep, if you set the blog to autoping, it always pings, no matter if you add the posts to appear immediately or scheduled or to resubmit. The script does the ping whenever the post appears on the blog, so you would be fine
