I just moved server and now I can't upload images or post. I check the permission and everything seems to be in order.
I get this error message when i try to upload images:
An error occured while handling file upload. Please try again.Error: An error occured while handling file upload. Please try again.
When I write a new post, it show up in the list of post but does not show up on the site itself.
Please let me know what I should do to fix this. Thanks |

when both of these things don't work, then its the regular permissions problem thats caused because of the server move.
You need to chmod to 777 and all files inside the directories that need to be 777. For example in directory "boblog" all files inside need to be 777 as well.

Everything is already set to 777 inside the boblogs folder except the blog1.php files. blog1.php is set to 644.
So do I need to change blog1.php to 777 ?

yes, you need to put the .php files to 777 permissions

boimages
- temp
- uploads
are all chmod to 777 as well as the other files.
Please let me know what else I should look at. |

easier would be if you pm me url and pass to your BO admin and ftp access as well.
but first try this command: chmod -R 777 boimages
and then try uploading an image
