hello

Im using BA for 2 Years now aand never had problems

now i found out that in the last 4 Weeks crawler and poster runs stopped

i didnt change anything in the application

I asked my hoster about the cronjobs and got the information that never cornjobs where installed for me and i cant remember that i had used an externel cronjob-service. but BA worked fine all the time

my hoster now yesterday set the crons for me
but it still dosent work!

The hoster set the crons for the posts to an hour instead of 5 minutes but as i read in http://support.cheapestwebsoftware.com/viewtopic.php?t=475
this shouldnt be a problem,

do you have an idea what the problem could be?

My Hoster said that no changes had by done except the regulary Backups ...

greetings fxaicher

well, when the cronjobs stopped working something on the server must have changed. Otherwise script can't stop working by itself, especially as you say it has been running smoothly for 2 years..

cronjobs should be set to run as often as said in the script admin, otherwise there will be delays in the work it will do and some work might never be done.

ask your host support to execute the cronjobs manually on the server command line and see if there will be any error output. If executed fine you should notice that in your script admin and there will be no output on the command line..
