i no longer use proxies since several years, and i can't give you good answer on this.
In the past i was using one paid membership site that was providing fresh list of proxies daily, but can't remember his name now..
I am no longer using proxies, because i ping a site just once or twice a day and there's no need to use proxies for that little pinging
do a search on google for good proxy providers

thanks - to be honest I also have not been using proxies for many years and found it always extra work to manage and maintain things, if NONE of your other scripts need proxies and work without it, I will not bother.

my scripts work fine without proxies, just before years people were pinging like mad and proxies were necessary additional option...
