hmm i reported that some while back, and still have it on most of the blogs, in google webmastertools its says
Sitemap file size error
Your Sitemap exceeds the maximum file size limit. Please create multiple Sitemaps containing fewer URLs to meet the file size limit.
odd thing is actually its a quite new blog
http://www.ftvgirlsdb.com/ftvblog/
so it must be somthing else which bothers google, cause the sitemap can not really be the issue, any suggestions? |

the sitemap for this blog is 528 bytes.. for sure there isn't a problem with that..
i did research and found that G starts screaming that error if you have like 30,000+ urls in the sitemap. So, do you have a blog with over 30k posts?
For next BO version i will implement something about cutting a big sitemap..
But for this specific case probably thats some temp issue with this specific blog you pasted in here, because there can't be problem with that 528 bytes feed..

| yes its a brand new blog, and no all my BO blogs are limited to 500 posts, 1 has more but far away from 30K |

then it should be some temp glitch at Google.. i have really lots of sitemaps with lots of urls in them and never seen this problem.
When your sitemaps for sure don't hold anything close to 30k of urls, it must be a temp problem at Google..
Do they get fixed after some days? If not, try contacting G support to take a look at them..

you may also try adding some of the problemable sites to yahoositeexplorer and msn sitemaps and see if there will be any problem..
