Thats a great idea, really.
Well, for new the host first make sure they have Zend Optimizer, cronjobs available (preferrably not limitations like on your current one).
As about the move, just dump your mysql database, and zip the whole script directory. Thats all you will need to move to the new host. Just on the new host you might need to manually edit the "boinfo.inc.php" file, on the first lines.. to set your new mysql info..
