I have about 200 blogs on different locations and want to interlink them all for better SE ranking. But it would not look very good if i show 200 links on each of my blogs. If i show 20 links in a randomized order renewing every 24 hours, will Google see and weight all 200 links or only these 20 links. Or is there any recommended method to show the links to the own blogs?

rotating the links isn't making any benefit, since once they are not permanent..
a good way is to make the links permanent, like on 1st blog show 20 blogs at random, 2nd blog again 20 random links and etc..

I am not shure if i understand how to do this.
In "Your Site Settings":
Can i choose "Randomized.." or do i have to take one of the other optitions?
In the settings for Site Auto Interlinking:
Can i choose "Automatically list all sites in the system" or do i have to choose "Automatically list the following sites" and then take i.e. 20 of these sites ?
And after this, would the following template be ok to show the above links?
{tradelinkformat,{anchor}<br>}
{trades,1-20}
Sorry for asking so much, but i am really unshure.

yes, the template code is fine
that randomized option refers to the trades, not to interlinked sites.
Currently the only way to accomplish the linktrading you have in mind is to use the "interlinking" section at the site Edit screen. and exactly the option where you can choose exact sites to auto show up, so choose there your sites. There isn't automated way currently to show X number of your sites..
