heya kaktus, i got this problem with BA that its not crawling the feeds f.e.
this feed
http://www.infiniteunknown.net/category/economy/feed/
got the latest entries just the last couple of days, in my BA
when i click manually crawl feed it says
OK (Imported 0 new entries)
but the latest feed items i got my BA are from 18 Oct 2008, 08:47
so it canīt be the cron job, since manually crawl, doesnt grab new entries any ideas? |

when i look at the feed source, the last entry on the bottom looks with corrupted format and that probably causes the rss parser to fail to parse the feed

how could WP produce wrong / corrupted format,
or is there anything i could tell the WP blogger not to use in his blog |

there could be something problemable in the posts like corrupted characters or some error in WP itself.

oki what i dont understand is, that the last crawled entry is from 18. October, i see in BA it does the crawl everyday, but it doesnt import them, its says like there would be no new entries, which simply isnīt true
if the real reason would be corrupted caracters i am wondering why BA did import 500 entries before |

i just tested those feeds in my BA and they work fine. Could it be feeds are repeating posts titles and thats why BA doesn't grab new posts? Also are they marked with exclamation mark in the feeds list?
