hi there,
i never used adsense myself on my blogs, so really can't answer you here, but i don't see any reason it would not be possible. As i am familiar with the adsense, you need to put just pure html/java code..
for video embeds i would advice not to use the wysiwyg editor.. directly paste your ready html is always best..
