My new blogs are not all updating.
If you try to use the same rss feed on a new one that you have already used on an old one will the feed still work?

yes, you can assign any feed to any blogs. There aren't limitations nor there should be problems.

Then my BO is not working anymore.
I have made 250 blogs with it and now all of a sudden it is not feeding new blogs.

if its updating any blogs, it works, just probably the queue can't get to the new blogs because you have too frequent updates and big number of blogs. Go to "general settings->exec limits" and higher the value to 5 and wait few hours and see..
if problemable again, pm me url and pass to your BO admin and the urls of the blogs not being updated

I set the value for 5 as you said and it seems to update all of them now.
I have my cron set for every 5 minutes, and I had 3 posts every 500 minutes set for the auto updates.
