| Can you use blogs organizer to create and update lots of blogs without the use of wordpress or any other script? |

yep, Blogs Organizer is exactly for that purpose created. To be able to create and operate blogs by its own, not depending on other platform and software.

| is it best to run each blog on a seperate domain or do subdomain blogs work just as well |

well, always best is to use domain since it is more liked by SEs, but and subdomains do pretty well too. Just see what is affordable to you.
mainly people making quality blogs at domains, and splogs/feeder - less quality blogs on subdomains that tunnel traffic to the quality blogs.

| Looking at the video and demo, when inserting an image can you browse your hard drive for the pic, It didn't seem to be able to do that. I could only find being able to go to a designated images folder for the pics. |

yes, you can do that. when you are at the Ibrowser, find the upload image section and from there you can upload image from your pc

BO itself is automated tool. BA is specifically made for RSS feeding as more professional and powerful solution for that purpose. BO has rss feeding but it is more simple, because it is just supporter feature to the blogs operation function of BO.
