Having a strange problem. I have a bunch of WP blogs on two domains under the same hosting company. I have BA installed on domain1. When I add a blog from domain1 everything works great. I've tried to add a blog from domain2 and when I click the add button it goes to a blank screen which eventually redirects after sometime to the url of the index page for BA but the page is still blank. When I revisit the index (refreshing stays blank for some reason) and check to see if the blog adds it's not there.
Any ideas why this might be happening? |

hm, such a problem is reported for the first time and have no idea what could be causing it.
Can you please pm me url and pass to your BA admin and the details of one of the problemable blogs, so i will try to add it myself and think up what could be the problem.

I just purchased the full version. In the trial version I had tried to add a blog from a server that was not my own and everything worked fine. It was a big site with Wordpress MU for visitors to create their own blogs. So I figured I wouldn't have this problem adding blogs outside of my own domains but then I had this same problem occur when I tried to add my thumblogger.com blogs.
Previously we had PM'd eachother and you checked things out so I don't remember exactly what you suggested I try. I remember from the PM's that it was probably MY host who wouldn't allow a certain connection or something but now with it not allowing me to add thumblogger I'm wondering if there's something more I can do?

Yes sorry. The same problem I had when I tried to add a wordpress blog is now also happening when I try and add a thumblogger blog.
I input all the information and click the "add" it goes to a blank screen which eventually redirects to the index page of the admin center but the screen is still blank. Refreshing the page at that point just loads a blank screen. I have to then click my bookmark to reload the actual index and no blog is added.
My Original problem was I couldn't add a wordpress blog on a seperate domain that I own from the BA install but all the blogs from the BA domain load fine. I have also been able to add blogs from another domain that I don't own as WPMU blogs.
So now I'm unable to add WP blogs from my second domain and Thumblogger blogs. Both now just load the blank screen like I was describing above in this post. |

Sorry again for all the posts before allowing you to reply but I like to trouble shoot.
I just tried to add the WP blog from my second domain but this time I added it using the WPMU setting in BA and it WORKED!!! Will this cause any problems? I wasn't able to do it just as a plain WP Blog for whatever reason.
Still no idea on the Thumblogger add. |

situation is pretty weird, and looks like to be a server issue. best would be to pm me your url and pass to BA admin so i can do few tests and see where the problem could be..
