Hi,
I have searched your entire site and forum for answers regarding the new features in 1.5 The features I want to know more about are, Image Processing, and Strip HTML. Where can I find information on how to use these features? Where are they located?
http://www.cheapestwebsoftware.com/software-versions.html?script=9
Image Processing - Ability to download images from feeds and ability to resize images to desired size. All thats automated.
Strip HTML - You can tell the script automatically to strip any html code from the crawled entries, so only text will remain. |

hi there,
image processing is in "settings->configure", there are detailed enough explanations how to use, its pretty simple.
strip html is located at the feed edit screen, you can just enable or disable it. _________________ Thanks,

Thanks I was able to locate both.
Looks like the image settings are for everything in BA. It doesn't look like I can set these options per blog. Is this true?
How does the Strip HTML acutally work? Does it simply just leave only the text? Will any images remain? What if the feed entry is only an image and a link to a gallery, what would/should happen? |

yes, image processing is for all feeds, not just for selected.
as about stripping html it leaves pure text. if your entries have just what you say, nothing will remain. thats why that option is per feed, so when seeing the feed you can decide should you use it or no. _________________ Thanks,
