Hi,
I know BA manages duplicate posts by titles. But as you know many sponsors have bad feeds so I use GS to make my own feeds from their hosted galleries. But many times they just have different hosted galleries but with the same descriptions, which GS uses to generate post titles... So after that, GA just ignores the posts with same titles. I end up with like 300 posts in GS feed and BA pick only 200 of it...
So my question is... Is there any other way BA can determine the duplicate posts instead of just comparing the titles? Any way you can make some checksum comparings instead of just titles?

hi there,
yeah i am aware of the problem, and will be fixing it somewhere next month when i finish my university master degree.
i will be making GS produce unique checksum tags, no matter the title and BA will check GS feeds based on that tag.
as for now, just go and edit a bit the descriptions and you will be fine

| In the meantime you can just copy the url of the FHG as your title that will be unique to each FHG. Have to do some fancy cutting and pasting before you import but it's pretty easy once you figure it out. |
