Well instead if doing the upgrade I did a clean install, and I lost my trades in the admin panel, but for some reason the trades are still visible on my sites, but not in the admin panel. Also I know see the message "Don't wait more, remove the limitations and gain full power of the script! Upgrade NOW!" in the admin panel like if i havent paid for the script. How can i get rid of this message?

well, thats the worst thing you could do. hope you have a backup.
you see the trades, because the fresh install just refreshes your database, while it doesn't touch the template files there were on the server.
see if your host has any kind of mysql backup and restore it, otherwise you will need to start freshly.
to remove the trial version message, just insert your license key in the settings section
