I've added some links into the link trade section but they don't show up on the blog. There are recips on the other sites already. Does it take some time for the links to generate or did I mess up... again... lol |

probably you messed up something
linktrades appear instantly right after you hit the "add" button. Do you have in your blog template variable to print linktrades? Are you sure you have added the linktrades to the particular blog? _________________ Thanks,

This is what was automatically in the "Link Trades Template" box of the blog:
Code: | <a href="%%URL%%"class="ltrades" title="%%DESCRIPTION%%">%%TITLE%%</a><br /> |
Above the box you have this hint but I don't know where to put that extra code, or if it's even the problem:
Quote: | Hint: For better results be sure to place and rel="tag" tag in the linktrades link! |
Yes, I did add the links to the particular blog. They do show up in the list of link trades.
Sorry if these are basic questions. I'll get the hang of your software real soon. |

Yes I do have it in the main blog template. It looks like this:
Code: | <!-- LINK TRADES BOX START-->
<div id="sidebarheader"><center><div id="sidebartitle">Other XXX Sites</div></center></div>
<div id="sidebarbody">
<div id="sidebartext">
%%LINKTRADES,10%%
</div>
</div>
<!-- LINK TRADES BOX END--> |
This was automatic. The only thing I changed was the title of the box.
The link to the site is http://sexxxyjuliabond.com |

strange.. could be because of script not allowing remote php include. Please turn on "General settings->CURL Settings", go and rebuild the blog and see if the links will appear. If no luck pm me url and pass to you BO admin so i can take a look what could be wrong.. _________________ Thanks,

Thanks Kaktusan. Turning on the CURL and rebuilding the blog worked perfectly. Not that I know what CURL is but I guess I really don't need to know so long as it works.
Hope you had a great weekend. |

well, CURL is alternativity to remote php includes. considered much safer, but its same to my opinon.. _________________ Thanks,
