BA treats GS feeds as any other feeds. Campaigns continuously posts either randomly or whatever you way tell them the crawled entries from the feeds. Campaigns remember which entries have been used, so they will stop when there are no more entries available.
When campaigns stop, you have 2 possibilities - reset the campaign items, so campaign start from scratch, or just find more entries to assign to that campaign.
