I have a group of blogs that have stopped updating via the RSS feed. at first I thought there just hadn't been any updates so I didn't bother with them.
It's been a long time so I decided to check the feeds and sure enough there are lots of Fresh posts, they just aren't' getting posted to my blogs. I recheck the feed urls to make sure they weren't changed by the affiliate program but they are still the same.
Has anyone run into this problem b4 and know how I can fix it? I was thinking of deleting the feeds then adding them again, but I don't want to re-pull all the posts that are already on my blogs. |

are your cronjobs running fine? see the if the "rss feeder" still executes fine in "general settings->system events"
also, is the problem appearing only for the feeds from 1 sponsor or from multiple ones, or for all your feeds?

from that feed and the blog, i see only the newest entry in the feed is not posted to the blog, all rest are posted...
pm me url and pass to your BO admin so i can take a look whats up..

| that happens to me from time to time too, and a few days later its fine, although the feeds had fresh posts |

well, as thinking now, all this started after the 3.0 version where i put tasks limit on the cronjobs. Let me explain..
you know for example that the cronjob for borssfeeder.php run each minute.
Lets say you have 100 blogs in database and all they are set to update from rss feeds. Now, to avoid server overloads and such problems, there is tasks limit on the cronjob. So for example when this minute the cronjob runs it will update just 2 blogs no matter that there might be 100 blogs waiting for update. Next minute it will pick 2 more blogs. Next minute again 2 more.. So the tasks limiting generates kind of waiting queue.
i am working on improvement and i hope in the next version i am preparing i will be ready with it..

i am working on and improvement for the next version i am preparing.
what is the problem you experience exactly? and what are your rss feeders settings? do you have much blogs that need to update too frequent? and also are the cronjobs running fine?
