Probably won't find too many that use both BO and AdSense, since the AdSense TOS isn't exactly porn friendly... but what you need sounds pretty simple. Should be little more to it than to copy the AdSense script into your BO blogs Main Template... just paste their script code into your BO template wherever you want the AdSense advertising to display.
Only thing I can think of to watch for would be to make sure the creative you build in your AdSense admin panel won't break the BO template layout. (Probably would be a good idea to save your existing blog template to your Premade Templates so you can switch back to your previous template if you don't get the expected result right away).
