Query to MySQL Failed: Can't open file: 'boposts.MYI' (errno: 144)

Getting this error when I try to access the BO admin... Administration controls display, but then the error message displays below the controls?

I ran perror 144 from shell, but all it tells me is MySQL error code 144: Table is crashed and last repair failed

No clue how to fix/restore from there. PM sent with login info.

Looks like that fixed the problem... thanks!

Had noticed that the server hosting the BO/BA/GS/LO scripts was starting to see some load issues when the MySQL tasks were running... pretty much figured it was due to the number of blogs currently supported.

Would it be possible to get the shell command line command(s) to repair and optimize the DB tables? (Even better - can you add these tasks to the BO Admin Panel under General Settings on a future script update? The thumbs script I use has this feature available... might save someone else from this problem.)

I understand it might not work with my setup due to the size of my DB, so asking about the command option. (Your suggestion to run the DB backup from cron works well, would be easy to add another cronjob to maintain the DB... and might speed it up too.)

all my scripts automatically optimize the databases every once in a while..sor no worries about that.. No need to extra optimization script, since it will do same..

In BA i implemented autorepair mechanism in case of corrupted tables like yours, so in next BO update i will add it too.
