After installing the new xmlparser file the RSS updating stopped completly on all my blogs. I see the feeder does execute, so i can't figure this out.
Anyone else having this problem?

hm, that shouldn't be from the RSS patch. The only thing i did so far in the RSS reader, is to read and the <content:encoded> tag if available in the feed.

For me everything works normally. Let me know if you want me to look into your things..

So i did a test.

The new xmlparser is in place and i set the crawl period at one minut and wait. After 10 minutes nothing has been addes to the blog.
I upload the old parser and new posts come flowing in every minut.
I used several blogs and feeds and the results are the same, i even had one run for 24hrs with no results.

Do you have a clue?

In fact none of the feeds work with the new file.
Here are a few:

hi there,

here are results:
http://gals.uncovered.com/rss/shaftuncovered.php?nats=NTk4OjI6NA
=>
http://www.sexhopes.com/bo/boblogs/blog9.php

http://spookyblog.com/feed/aid/510819 => this one doesn't work at all, since if you open it in your browser you will see the mysql error...
WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1]

rest 2 feeds, also worked fine....

You sure you upgraded properly in BINARY mode the patch?

Yes uploaded binary.
If i overwrite the file with the old one everything starts working again and as soon as i upload the new file the RSS posting stops, but i do see 'BO RSS feeder executed'.
Did some checks other test but still did'nt find out whats wrong?

huh, pretty strange.. nothing new has beed added that should cause that, i have just added to read the <content:encoded> tag from the feed, and if it isn't empty, use that as body of the post..otherwise use same stuff like the old parser...
