Kaktus I didn't change anything, I have BA setup for "Campaigns Pick Unique Entries ONLY" worked fine until I reviewed my blogs last night, spent a couple hours deleting duplicate posts, this morning is much worse I just spent four hours deleting duplicate posts.
Does this have something to do with it being a new year?
Could you suggest a fix for this? the only thing I can think of is clearing out all of my stored posts and starting over |

hm, thats weird..
no, surely it has nothing to do with the new year.
a duplicating in BA could start if the mysql table keeping the used entries is being emptied, or if you empty a campaign.
In your db with entries do you have them just once or and there are dups too?

I tried reseting "Campaigns Pick Unique Entries ONLY" yesterday that doesn't seem to have done anything, could you tell me what MYSQL table the used posts are placed in so I can put in a support request to my hosting company and have them restore the deleted information with their backup?
Oh and yes I have duplicate entry's that is my one and only complaint about BA, if a sponsors feed has duplicate posts or if you just don't like a post and delete it the next time BA crawls the feeds it picks it up again |

hi there, ok i see.
well, yes, BA con't do anything about if there are dups inside the feed itself. As about deleting an entry and then repicking it, yes that happens currently. I am going to be fixing it for next version, so when you delete an entry from BA, it won't pick it from the feed again on next crawl.
the mysql table holding the used entries is "bacentries"

I'm still waiting on a reply from my hosting company on this one damn it's frustrating:cry:
When do you plan on releasing the next version, being able to delete duplicate posts sure and posts that I don't want added to my blogs sure would make my life easier |

i see, ok.
well, i hope somewhere till the end of the month to release a new version with some minor fixes and improvements. Damn busy with the 6 university exams i have this month
