Dear Atanasis!
I have a question about the sql of bo
I have an old database with about 250 posts that i added for Dec-2007
Before i deleted all them from the blog organizer i backed up the posts... so i have all them with the correct "insert" code for each record.
The blogs and category structure is the same... so no need to change it to adapt to the actual bo database.
Also dates are ok, because all are "future" so the option and date for the schedule post is ok.
My question is, if i change the record number and i add each one after the last record on database... and i import all my posts by sql query...
Is BO enable to sende a ping with this sql update as normally do? I think yes, but i want to be sure before add all them to the sql.
I just checked it and it worked ok, BO autoupdate the blog and change the post status to Posted! But im not sure about the ping.

if BO needs to change status to "posted" in the db, then ping would be served

yeah, after bO checks the sql and find the record, it updates the blog and changes the status to "posted"
