while adding new account in BO 3.4
any suggestions? |

can;t understand you clearly..
you get that error when trying to add a remote blog to BO, right? If thats the case, then the remote blog does not accept the blogger.getUserInfo system call. probably you mistaken the API type.
What type the blog you trying to add is?
