Hello, I'm currently evaluating the free version of BA and am using Webair hosting. I am experiencing a problem with the cronjobs, the "last crawler run" and "last poster run" are showing as "Never" but the cronjob settings show two active cronjob entries.
I asked Webair to help, they say "that both entries are in your crontab and are executing correctly". They have also "ran them locally and they neither produced an error nor an output".

When they did run them locally the "last crawler run" and "last poster run" did then change to show a date and time but there has been no change since.
Webair then told me to try installing the script again, which I have done, and now the status is "Never" again.

Just wondering if anyone knew of a possible solution? Or is it just a case of finding another host? Thanks.

hi there, huh i am hosting with webair from 2.5 years and have sent lots of people there and everything works pretty fine. Probably this is a server specific problem.

Well, when they run the scripts manually and the times change, but from cronjobs no, then the cronjobs should be the problem. Can you ask your host support to delete the 2 cronjobs and add them again. Sometimes that fixes up the problem.

If nothing helps, you can pm me url and pass to your BA admin and ftp access and i will get to fix it.

Thanks for the reply, I have just asked Webair to delete the crons and add them again, if that doesn't work I'll send a PM. Thanks again.
