few id
To avoid endless blogs after few month/year.
it would be really nice to be abble to erase posts by week, month, year or even easier to limit the number of pages a blog can have. and keep the resubmit posts.
Organising the resubmited posts. I don't know if it's an easy thing to do...
need a little explanation since I don't know the techinal words...
the way i want to use BO is to organise a daily rotating post campaign using my own posts over a period of 60 days (not RSS). To do that I build 7 posts per week X 8 and I have a 60 days campaign rotating daily on one blog/niche.
But the way it s now, it's really hard to organise that... I need to keep the dates of each posts in an excel list otherwise I'm lost. the original posts are hard to locate in each blog post list... If we could have an extra page listing only the orginal posts with the date or week number by blog... We could really organise week campaigns by blog... _________________ May the biz be with ya

yeah, just in next version i was thinking of adding a limit of the posts archives and stuff, since i seen database can start growing really big.
about the other thing, i am just testing the feature, that will be greater replacement of the resubmission period now. It will be something like "smart resubmit" which will republish the oldest post after X days if there has not been anything new published those last X days. It will work more great. _________________ Thanks,

i never looked at it from that way, i thought the more content, better said the more pages a site has, the better for SEO reasons,
so limiting the archive pages to something like 5 does this make sense`? |

well, and i am looking it from that side, and the more content you have the better, but some may want to keep less posts on their blogs.. so anyways i will be making the content flush option..
about the archives page limit, yes it makes sense to be used, since you might not want your surfers scroll back to lets say 100 pages of archives where you might have posts and content back from 2000 year, which content everybody has seen and noone will click or pull his credit card for..actually same applies and for the content flush option above.. _________________ Thanks,

great kaktu.
a blog can be way too big if you have, let say 3 posts a day. Imagine the number of pages after a year... I don't wanna have a 1000 pages blogs with outdated promo and overused content after few years. I run over 100 blogs now and i plan to build much more. I don't want to have my server full with outdated promo. I preffer to have more blogs. Plus doing that you end up giving away too much free porn........ _________________ May the biz be with ya
