Is it possible to manipulate the Posts Link Name to have the Posts Title in it? (default Postslinkname_#.html)
like this:
Postslinkname_Posttitle_#.html (# consecutively number)

currently, thats not possible, but i have it in my todo list, will see will it be able to be created, because as you know those links aren't actual ones, but mod_rewritten with htaccess, and I must make sure will everything be compatible with it.

Thanks!

Is it possible to have the Posts Link not to show at all?

Since the post title itself also acts as a link to the post on a separate page, I'd probably rather have the 'Post Link' to not show at all.

hmm, I never thought of someone might need that, since when I was creating the software i have been talking to many blogging gurus to outline me what is a must for a blogging software, and i understood a link to the post on its own page is always a must, since its in great help for SEO...

I think I probably didnt do a good job of explaining.

I still have a link on each post to the same post on it's own page - this is the title of the post. Above that on each post I also have a link to that page which simply says 'post link'.

To rephrase, I have two links to the same page for each post. One which is the actual title of the post, the other just says "post link".

It's no biggie though. Just thought the pages may look a little cleaner.

i see, well if you remove the %%LINK%%
variable from the "Post Template" in your blog settings, i think your link will disappear. Try it out and let me know..

Thanks!

Yes, removing %%LINK%% takes out the post link but the 'post title' link is unaffected.

Well, why you need to remove the link in the Title of the post?
When i removed my %%LINK%% from the post, only the title of the post remained linked to the post page.
Why you have 2 links again after removing the %%LINK%% ?

I just think it looks better Laughing

If I write a post with the title Hot Horny Babe then I get two links in the post that looks like this:

Post Link
Hot Horny Babe

When I remove the %%Links%% from the template I just get:

Hot Horny Babe

Just the single link using the post title as anchor...... which is what I wanted Wink

Yep, thats by default. But when you remove the %%LINK%%
only one link remains and its the title, linked to the single post page, right?

Problems solved, right? Smile
