At first I thought it was the themes causing it but even switching to the default doesn't work.
Seems to be a WP version difference. Could it be the xmlrpc.php?

could be from anything... wordpress is causing lots of problems and it is really hard to deal with when it comes to such strange problems..

| I figured out why this wasn't working! The user account you use in BA must be an ADMINISTRATOR on the blog. I was using AUTHOR. I guess that level doesn't have permission to create _blank targets! |
