Hello,
I'm very excited about this app but before I perform the browser-based install I am concerned with what table names will be created in the database.
I have other software on this system and a db with existing data / tables in it. Wordpress gives you the option to add a "prefix" to the table names. Does BA do this? If not, I need a list of table names to check for.

hi there,
you don't have to worry about that. Each different my software creates its own tables with embedded prefix.
For example for Blogs Automater all tables will start with: "ba"
like:
bacats
bafeeds
...

This is alarming. What "previous mySQL settings" is it going to delete? I don't want to wipe or break any of the other software I have using this database. |

that means it will erase any tables previously used from the script. It touches only its own tables, it doesn't touch anything not owned by the script.

ah I suspected that might be what it meant.
I suggest changing that verbage to:
