I first noticed the problem when I created a new blog and made five RSS feeds for the new blog which should be supplied by Gallery Scraper.

It didn't work and I have been trying for a couple of days.

Then I've noticed that only some of my blogs are updating but 70% are not updating. This is happening in remote blogs and regular blogs.

Got any ideas? I have upgraded to version 3.3

To clarify:
1. I have made new RSS feeds to post in the blogs.
2. Crawl period is "1440" and "1"
3. RSS Feed Style "Basic"

Whats the difference between "Basic" and "Advance"?

"RSS Feed Style" does not refer to the rss feeding of the blogs, but to the rss feed built for the regular blogs. The basic show partial content of the post body, advanced shows full body.

Ok, can you go to "General Settings->Exec Limits" and higher the value there to lets say 7. Update it and give it a day and see if your blogs will update fine.

If problemable again, pm me url and pass to your BO and i will be looking what the problem could be..

Okay, I will give it a try.
I have a dedicated server and I've just visited the PHP controls. I notice that the PHP memory was set to a maximum of 2M and have increased it to 100M. What do you think?

Thanks for the quick reply.

Hah!
I changed the PHP memory limit as mentioned above to 100M.
Went to the garage!
Then I looked at the BO and every blog has updated!

huh, well BO shouldn't need that much resources, but anyways the 2MB limit was way too low. Actually that could have been the problem exactly.

Consider you have 5 feeds set for a blog. When the borssfeeder starts it crawls those feeds and keep their content in the memory till it processes them and decides what to publish to the blog. So if those feeds content exceed 2MB the script will die.

So yes, that could have been probably the problem..
