It appears that the BA script is taking the update info but is unable to find the BO blog info so reports No Blogs Found.
Any thoughts on what to check?

have you enabled the remote api in BO?
Do you have regular blogs in BO?
Are you supplying the proper API url at your BA like http://www.yoursite.com/bo/xmlrpc.php
These should help.. if doesn't pm me urls to BO+BA and password and i will take a look.

any update on this? i see the same issue with BA 1.3 and BO 3.3
i have turned on remote API in BO and can properly verify it (with verify link)...
When i add the BO blog it says "No New Blogs found!"... but there are 3 "regular" blogs.

yes. he haven't enabled the remote api in BO.
For your case, should be something else when you say you have enabled it already. Are you typing the correct BO api url in your BA?
If all seems fine, you can pm me login details for BO and BA and i will take a look at the situation for you..
