I am posting here about blog templates becasue I don't know where else I should put it 
First, the idea is very nice. But what I can see so far, is bunch of same templates with different colors. Ok maybe 3-4 layouts, but all in all everything seems pretty the same. And you charge $15 for a template just for different color?
I must say I like all your scripts, your support and everything, but I really don't like this blog templates offer It would be really nice to let user just change the color of the bought template and not to charge him the color change
Don't get me wrong please, I'd rather see 3 templates there with some way of personal customization then 50 same templates with diff colors...

So I am really confused now. If that's what you really thought, then why you putted there same templates with different colors? If the purpose was just to see the possible variations, then you should present them in different way... |

Yes, on first sight it looks like most of the templates are with one structure and just changed colors, fonts and etc. They are put in that way because i want to give opportunity to people get the template with the color they like. I know lots of people that won't grab a template if it is in bad color schema they don't like. So if one is interested can browse and pick only 1 or 2 templates he likes and do whatever he wants with them. Thats why i provide you unlimited use of the template on as many blogs you wish and do whatever you want with its colors/structure and etc.. just you can't resell it.
My designer is working on other layouts and structures and new ones will be regularly added.
Not to mention there are lot of lazy/pretty busy people that don't want to touch anything on the templates. They just want to grab 50 templates and publish 50 different looking blogs in no time without changing colors and etc and they are willing to pay money for that.
So i just try to fit to everybody's needs. You decide should you use the templates or not, noone is forcing you at all, isn't it?

Ok, ok I understand now...
And how lazy someone should be to pay $500 for templates instead of spending 50 mins to change the colors? |

ok
well, to most of us it sounds crazy to be lazy for 1 hour to change colors, but believe me there are lots of people that don't bother doing it. You don't know it, because you don't sell the software i am selling and you don't know with what kind of different people i am dealing with. Personally i have couple of friends that own networks of sites, not just blogs and they are paying much more than $15 to their designers just to change colors. It is not because they are lazy, its because they earn much more for an hour and prefer to pay someone else do the grunt work.. Hopefully and we will get to that state some day
