Sorry, decided to check something out before I went out to party for the weekend 
It now seems that my remote blogs are all great - images no problems and no more 'rm's all over the place. However, my BO produced blogs are not showing the images on my handwritten posts.
I have posted an example at http://milfmania.dirtypaco.com/ for you to see - it's the post titled 'tests'. Also the 'Post Link' doesn't function.
On viewing the source code I can see that the link to the image is as follows: <img src="pic-3video.jpg..... ie, no http://dirtypaco.com/etc before the image name.
It seems that this is happening on all my BO produced blogs.

hm, everything is fine here..
the images should be just like its on your blog. Thats how the images are put on the regular blogs. the .htaccess at your blog location rewrites 'pic-*' to http//yourboinstalldomain.com/bo/boimages/image...
You sure 3video.jpg is uploaded fine to the boimages directory?

hm, when and the post link doesn't work, nor the images.. i suppose its .htaccess problem. Is it placed since v2.5 atleast?
download all blog linking files and place it to that blog again and see if it will work..
