when you delete the blog types, it deletes everything connected to them.

well, if you want to setup the stuff in a easy way, you should do that, otherwise leave it as it is now if you have setup lots of stuff already

I'm more worried about the entries already posted in the campaigns.
Here is how I plan to update.

Disable cronjobs
Backup complete BA directory and Database
dumb bacentries and bacampaigns tables
get blog id's from blogs that will be deleted
Delete the Wordpress MU blog types
Upgrade BA
Add the blogs again
Replace the blogid in bacampaigns dumb
Put bacampaigns with replaced blogids and bacentries dumbs back in the database
Enable cronjobs

Will this work or did I overlook something?

I also wonder looking at the database, it seems BA tracks the posted entries only by campaign and not by blog?
Is there not a big chance to get double posts when you setup multiply campaigns for a blog?

actually i think you don't need to do all this.
I made it so when the blog is wpmu,sensualwriter,wordpress.com it will just use the blog url and append to its end /xmlrpc.php and use that url as api url when communicating with each blog. So i think if you just update the script files, it should work for. Do that and see.. But again before doing it, backup your whole BA database, just in case..

i doubt it will be from BA, since for me works. Just yesterday with another client we found out that currently xlogz has same problems, and with any software, not just BA i try, same happens..

Anyways, please pm me url and pass to your BA admin panel, so i can take a look.

just heard back from a friend who asked xlogz about the problem:

FYI regarding xlogz not publishing posts from the their forum admin - "posts are published...but please allow cache (within 1 hour) to publish them"
