well, that reminds me to the very fist release ot the software where i have forgot to put the script update that time, but not sure if you can have that exact release.
First to make sure, its not that the problem, download please the install package from my site and replace ONLY files:
/lo/index.php
/lo/functions.inc.php
/lo/locron.php
/lo/lochecker.php
The cronjob might got stuck, look for a file /lo/site_templates/linkchecker.txt and if its there delete it. Try running the cron manually like http://www.site.com/lo/locron.php and see if it will continuously load and won't output anything at the end (thats the normal) or it will stop fastly..
If nothing of this helps, pm me url and pass to LO admin and probably ftp access..
