Just wondering how RECENT POSTS and archives was suppose to work. When I click on one of the recent posts it links back to the main page. In a new blog the recent posts are there in the side column but links to a "page not found".
I went further and replaced %%RECENTPOSTS,10%% in the template with %%CALENDAR%%
Now the sidebar appears at the bottom and not on the side.
Can anyone help? |

Hi there,
%%RECENTPOSTS,10%%
prints the 10 recent posts. If the links of the recent posts don't work, then and your regular posting links should not work, check out the linking codes for the blog, and especially the htaccess file. Probably download/upload them again.
The %%NEXT_PAGE%% is also working, just i found a bug in it, but its still a working link, i am going to fix it these days and release a planned minor update of the script.

Okay, I checked out the link and it seems okay. It generates a .html page but I cannot see where that .html page is on my website. As an example, the link is:
http://mywebsite.com/wildaussies_6059.html
however, there are not pages relating to this link in the directory. |

well, there are not files made, all the links are masked through the htaccess with mod rewrite, so the links should work and you won't see any files inside your blog location except the linking code files.
In your case when the links don't work, probably the problem is with your htaccess file.
Can you please pm me url and pass to your BO administration and tell me also which one is the problemable site.
