I know this is a strange question, but...
I have a habit of typing 2 spaces after each sentence. It's an old habit I learned in college writing term papers. Anyway, now I have about a hundred handwritten posts that all have double spaces after each sentence. The problem is that my RSS feed turns all those extra spaces into question marks. So instead of [space][space] my RSS feed shows [?][space].
So my question is... is there a way in BO (or perhaps with phpMyAdmin) to go in and search/replace the double spaces with single spaces? I'm really hoping this can be fixed that way instead of going through all those posts one-by-one. Thanks! |

Well, Google helped me use phpMyAdmin to do a search/replace on the database. But it didn't fix ALL of the problems, so I had to go through manually and do it.
I think that TinyMCE (or whatever WYSIWYG editor BO uses) doesn't like double spaces or something. So I just have to train myself to use single spaces instead! |

hm, yeah, tinymce could do that, probably because the double spaces when converted to utf8 charset get mixed up _________________ Thanks,
