Would it be possible for you to add some new 2-column and 3-column premade templates with the %%CALENDAR%% token? Have to admit I'm in the CSS challenged web designer category, and haven't had much luck with following the calendar CSS customize instructions.
What I really need is templates 18, 55, 58, 59, 62, 71, 75, and 86 that have the calendar token in the template - possibly commented out? - with the correct settings in the CSS <style> (so I don't break the template when I try to add the calendar). Have had some luck with adding the calendar to the 2-column templates, but it's all luck.

You can add the calendar token to any of the BO templates - just place the %%CALENDAR%% token in the template where you want your calendar, and the calendar displays. The default BO calendar settings may not work well with the rest of your template (calendar width, colors, etc.), so you'll need to add template specific settings in the blog template's CSS.
It's probably worth the $$ to buy 1 (or several) premade templates with the calendar, so you have an example of the additional CSS needed for the main calendar, and how to set up the post calendar graphic in the post template. I'm CSS challenged, but pretty easy to follow once I had an example of how it all worked together.
