when auomated things don't work, then probably no cronjobs are installed or working. Look for them at Settings->Cronjobs.

ok thanks I added the cron job here is what is in my settings:

3 0 * * * /usr/bin/php /home/alc/public_html/ba/bacrawl.php >> /dev/null
0 8 * * * /usr/bin/php -q /home/alc/public_html/bo/borssfeeder.php >> /dev/null
0 8 * * * /usr/bin/php -q /home/alc/public_html/bo/borposter.php >> /dev/null
0 0 * * * /usr/bin/php -q /home/alc/public_html/bo/bolinkchecker.php >> /dev/null
0 8 * * * /usr/bin/php -q /home/alc/public_html/bo/bocron.php >> /dev/null

I set all to every 8 hours and the ba/bacrawl.php to every 3 min. so I can check if it is working and the BA campaign setting to crawl every 5 min. but is still not working.

I think I am having the same problem with my other blogs that are using BO not just netstripmall.com which is using BA the cron job I just added ba/bacrawl.php this will only set the crawl for all blogs using the BA not the BO or GS will I have to also add one for BO?

Another thing I noticed in my cpanel in cron jobs there is only 5 places to add cron jobs and as you can see they are all used now what if I need to add more?

Thanks.

hm, then for some reason the cronjobs don't work.

you should pass them to your host support and ask them to look what could be wrong so they don't work.

about cpanel, the default empty slots are 5, when you add new they will extend. Atleast that is the way i know it works on all cpanels i dealt with, unless your host has limit on the cronjobs..

Got message back from my host they say that the cron jobs look ok.
Please check again they are still not working I set the BO cron jobs to 1 min. as the info states from the cron job page tells me on BO. I also set the BA bapost.php to 5 min. as the BA setting page tell me to but still not updating.

I also noticed on BO cron job setting page that #2 you have a mispell " 2. File borssdeeder.php : " but its correct in the bottom example you give Borssfeeder.php just mentioning to you just in case. Also on BA's the server environment settings the setting to crawl feeds is set to every 3 hours.

Below are my cpanel cron jobs:

Active Cronjobs List :
MAILTO=""
5 0 * * * /usr/bin/php /home/alc/public_html/ba/bapost.php >> /dev/null
3 0 * * * /usr/bin/php -q /home/alc/public_html/ba/bacrawl.php >> /dev/null
1 0 * * * /usr/bin/php -q /home/alc/public_html/bo/borssfeeder.php >> /dev/null
1 0 * * * /usr/bin/php -q /home/alc/public_html/bo/borposter.php >> /dev/null
1 0 * * * /usr/bin/php -q /home/alc/public_html/bo/bocron.php >> /dev/null

Thanks.

well, now i see your cronjobs work.

In BA summary page you can see:

Last Crawler Run: 13 December, 2007 at 00:00
Last Poster Run: 13 December, 2007 at 00:05

and its exactly to what you have set. The cronjob for bapost.php is set for 5th minute in 12 am.

Just the 0 you have in the 2nd option is making all cronjobs work only in 12 am, so change it to *
