hello Kaktusan, i downloaded the upgrade .zip and extracted it on my computer but there are no /templates/ or /images/ or /jscripts/ sub directories inside. everything is straight inside the ba-upgrade main directory wich i had to create by myself.

hi there, hm, thats strange. Just checked the archive and all is fine, also couple of people got upgraded fine with the package so all is fine in the package. Redownload the package to make sure it didn't get corrupted or something during your download and check your unpacking program.
