Hello!
I receive blank page after login to BO
Just updated it to 3.4 version. No problems while update.
While on index page - enter login and get blank page.
What can be wrong? |

you sure you have uploaded all fines in BINARY mode?

strange..could be some other file not being uploaded in binary. blank pages are 99% of the time because of that. can you try reuploading all the upgrade files again in binary more, just don't run the upgrader file it is not needed.
If no luck, you can pm me url and pass to your BO admin and ftp details and i will look on the issue.

uploaded again, the same blank page
Thoughts:
as I can see index.php file is under Zend so the problem is not in Binary mode or Zend version, cause I SEE LOGIN FORM, and blank page appears ONLY AFTER login.

hi there,
just reviewed your case and problem is solved.
as i expected not all files have been uploaded in BINARY. i just reuploaded all files and it works now. In the "templates" folder some of the files were not in binary and that was causing the blank page in the admin section.

what ftp client do you use?
I manually put BINARY in all transactions in my CuteFTP - but there seems to be a bug sometimes. I reuploaded those templates several times.
