Today I ran some of my site URLs through a spider simulator and was surprised to find ERROR! No description data found, No keywords data found.
They are entered in BO for all of my blogs and I had presumed they would be used on the final output, as BO is so keyed up for search engines! Surely they are very necessary for the search engine spiders?
Is this something that has been overlooked or is it just my blogs?

well, yes you have added them in the admin, but have you placed your meta tags in your template
add the meta tags and in the place of the descr/keyword put the necessary variables and you will be fine.
