hi there, that looks like a problem from the template code, not from the script version. Some people had it before upgrading too.
In your post template, don't use like
| Code: | | <a href="...">%%Title%%</a> |
but use either just %%TITLE%% without being enclosed in A tag, or use %%CLEAN_TITLE%% in it, and in the place of the url put %%CLEAN_LINK%%
